1 Postpartum Visit

A-la-carte private prenatal yoga & exercise sessions at your home or a nearby park. We will use this time to create a tailored yoga & birth prep routine, based on your interests and needs. Great for working through pains and discomforts, preparing the pelvic floor, and creating balance in the pelvis. 

Minimum of two sessions recommended.

$97 Single Session (about 75 mins)

4 Sessions for $350 or 8 sessions for $680
